Our Head Sommelier will guide you through a cellar of 53,000 labels spanning six centuries of Italian and European winemaking. From a 2001 Barolo to a rare 1995 Sassicaia — the choice is yours.

Each course arrives in its own time. We ask for the gift of patience — Chef Terranova's kitchen does not rush. Expect an evening of three to four hours for the full tasting experience.

Tables by the panoramic windows overlook the domes and hills of Rome, illuminated at night. We recommend arriving before sunset for those who wish to see the city transition from gold to navy.
