Perched atop the Rome Cavalieri hotel, overlooking the grandeur of the Eternal City, La Torna Roma has stood as Italy's most celebrated fine dining destination for three decades. Founded in 1994, it has earned and retained Michelin star — the only restaurant in Rome to hold this distinction.

Every detail, from the hand-painted Ginori porcelain to the 53,000-bottle wine cellar, is curated to honour the art of Italian hospitality. We believe that a great meal is not merely sustenance — it is a passage through memory, season, and land.
